We now offer virtual appointments where you can consult with one of our experienced plumbers. Using Zoom, FaceTime, or Google Meet, you can show our technician what you’re dealing with and get valuable feedback. We’ll also provide a free estimate for repairs.
How it works:
- The fee is $99 for a half an hour window.
- The virtual appointment can be through Zoom, FaceTime or Google Meet.
- A certified plumber/gas fitter who has years of experience will be joining you on the video call.
- You will need to make sure there is sufficient lighting in the areas you will be showing us.
- If it is determined there are any issues that need repair, we will provide you with an estimate via email.
- When you schedule a repair with Gideon, your virtual appointment fee will be used as a credit toward your total repair bill.
